As part of GPIC's annual plans and schemes to support and help Kingdom's charitable societies and  organizations pursuant to the directions of HE Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil and GPIC Chairman, a delegation of GPIC management accompanied by  Mr. Abdul Rahman, GPIC General Manager, visited Al-Nuwaidrat Charitable Fund, to get acquainted with the charitable projects carried out by the Fund.

They were received by Dr. Mohammed Abdulla Nasser, Board of Trustees' President. Mr. Abdul Rahman Jawahery conveyed greetings of HE Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil and GPIC Chairman, to the Fund’s Chairman of the Board of Directors and Board members. He praised the significant role the Fund plays towards the needy families in Al-Nuwaidrat and its contribution to supporting charity initiatives in all aspects. He conveyed his best wishes to those who carry out such charitable projects. During the visit, Mr. Abdul Rahman Jawahery presented a donation of BD2000 (Bahrain Dinars Two Thousand) cheque.

On behalf of himself and all Fund's Board Directors, Dr. Mohammed Abdulla Nasser, expressed his thanks and appreciation to HE Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil and GPIC Chairman and the Company's executive management for this support which will positively contribute to serve Al-Nuwaidrat and neighbouring villages' citizens. He affirmed that such positive co-operation is not uncommon to the Company's management under the chairmanship of HE Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil and GPIC Chairman as it is always in the forefront of all companies and establishments that supports the Kingdom’s charitable societies and  organization. He looks forward that all other establishments and companies will follow GPIC example.
